THE HYDRAULIC HOOF NIPPER TOOL   Has a comfortable non-slip rubber  grip with the grounding ring for safe blade technology. Weight is 5 lbs. Made of aluminum and Hardened steel. All parts are CNC Machined to the highest tolerances. All internal parts are made from the highest quality seals and springs  we could find and are replaceable. The two sizes of quick replaceable cutting blades are  1" 3/8 and 2 "  Held in place with 3 small screws each. With the 2"blades it usually takes 3-7 nips per hoof as compared to 1" manuals,twice as many times ,giving the horse that many more times to feel the pressure and pull away. Hoof sizes 2 and up may require more. Simply said half as many cuts more than half the time under the horse. THE PUMP BOX The hydraulic pump and electronic Safe Blade Technology Unit is,Securely mounted inside a 16" all weather metal tool box. The weight is 22 lbs. Making it portable, There is one quick coupler hose end, and a 4 wire plug,making it possible to detach the hose and tool from the pump box .There is a battery quick connector mounted outside the box,making it easy and quick to disconnect from the battery source. Battery connectors are from Anderson Power Products. 

Battery power 12 volt D.C.   You can make this tool as portable as you want.With a battery and case. Battery cables with a Anderson power products connector included.For a portable battery. Or With your vehicle you can also connect the wiring to your own vehicle battery system.You supply the wiring.  It's been my experience to use a deep cell boat battery in a case and charge it on the weekends, easily making all week on one charge. Using a small light lawn mower battery is good for a one full day making it ideal for work far from your vehicle.

MAKING NOISE OR SOUND    The tool it self makes no noise or sound at all. except if the hoof in very dry, like manuals nippers do, there is a snap sound. The hydraulic pump box is 20' to 40' feet away 40' feet with optional hose. The pump does make a small sound. Most horses don't associate this sound with the farrier because it comes from a different place. I use this tool next to the horse to see if there may be any sound problems,before picking up any hoofs.If there is. I simply do not use it our insulate the sound some how,or close the doors on my truck,where the pump box usually is and this works very well.     

Warranty is one year  to be free from defects in materials and workmanship .We will, at our option,repair or replace with out charge any part of the hand tool,computer unit and hydraulic pump The replaceable cutting blades are not covered for obvious reasons. So do not try cutting nails with it. I have used the same 2 inch blades for 14 months now with little ware showing on them. They are designed to be sharpened  many times,with proper care should last for several years. Replacement cost is $70.00 us dollars. The hydraulic hose is not  covered under any warranty,So be careful,and not let the horse walk on it. Replacement cost is $80.00 us dollars.
